Only at PC Pitstop. I tried to totally remove the drive but there doesn’t seem to be the ‘usual’ parts in place along the sides of the open drive to allow for that. Sorry this didn’t help. I did find out that the drive is made my BenQ, but also read somewhere that LiteOn took sd-8w1p BenQ’s optical drive division or something like that.
I’d tried deleting the drivers and reinstalling but it didn’t have any effect. U ninstall and reinstall sound audio drivers and check if that fixes the issue.
